This version introduces _shake vibrato_, a very easy and powerful way to perform vibratos.
It also allows you to send several breath CCs at the same time.
Dynamic velocity has been reimplemented and works wonderfully, your Sylphyo is more reactive than ever, and several fingerings have been improved.

**Issues resolved:**

 - _Dynamic velocity_ works correctly now.
 - Removed the _Pitch-bend range_ setting it was read-only and confused some users. We will introduce it again, in future updates, when it will be changeable.
 - Visually changed disabled settings, and slightly changed the menu structure to be clearer.
 - Changed the order of some menu items.
 - Better default values that make novel Sylphyo features more discoverable:
   - the middle slider control is now _latching_,
   - the top slider part is set to _Bend-_,
   - the bottom slider part is set to _Control_,
   - _shake vibrato_, _elevation_ and _roll control_ are enabled,
   - and _Velocity_ is set to _dynamic_.
 - Improved the EVI, Flute, and Celtic fingerings.
 - Fixed the battery percentage icon.

**New features:**

 - _Shake vibrato_
   - You can now perform _vibratos_ by slightly shaking your Sylphyo away from your mouth.
   - Note that in _move mode_, vibratos are performed by shaking the Sylphyo sideways.
   - There are three settings to fine-tune the shake vibrato behavior:
     - _Range_: The maximum amount of pitch-bend you can reach using the vibrato
     - _Sensitivity_: How much sensitive the vibrato is to your movements
     - _Threshold_: A higher threshold makes it difficult to accidentally trigger the vibrato
 - Multiple breath CCs
   - In addition to the CC (or aftertouch) for breath intensity, you can send up to two other CCs (set them in the _MIDI Mappings_ section of the settings menu).
   - They are all dispatched in time so as to respect the _Breath rate_ settings, and the Sylphyo will normally wait until the last one has been sent before sending note on/off messages. But if you feel that the delay is too long, or that techniques like fluttertongue suffer too much, disable the _Delay notes if needed_ option to send note on/off messages as early as possible.
 - Improved reactivity
   - Your Sylphyo is now always sampling your breath at 1KHz, but it still sends breath MIDI messages according to the _Breath rate_ setting.
   - Now, even with the lowest settings, note beginnings will always be processed as early as possible.
   - Consequently, we moved breath _Frequency_ setting to the _MIDI Mappings_ section of the settings menu, and renamed it _Breath rate_.
   - You can set the breath rate:
     - _per CC_: all breath CCs are sent as a bunch, at the selected rate,
     - or globally: each breath CC is sent in order, one at a time, at the selected rate.
 - Dynamic velocity
   - You can now change _dynamic velocity_'s _Capture delay_ (the time the Sylphyo takes to determine the velocity of a note beginning from your breath) and _Max. Velocity_.
   - Of course, the _Velocity_ setting needs to be set to _Dynamic_ (in the _MIDI Mappings_ section) for these options to be available.
 - Three new fingering options: (in the _Keys_ section of the settings menu)
   - _Invert octaves_: The direction of octave keys is turned upside down
   - _Left pinky: -1st_: The left little finger key acts as a _flat_ key instead of a _sharp_ key (in fingerings where this makes sense)
   - _Right pinky: -1st_: The right little finger key acts as a _sharp_ key instead of a _flat_ key (in fingerings where this makes sense)
 - Three new slider functions:
   - _Breath_: play notes using the slider instead of your breath,
   - _Pitch-bend +_: bend notes only upwards,
   - _Pitch-bend -_: bend notes only downwards.
 - _Invert colors_
   - The screen can now be black-on-white instead of white-on-black.
